Facebook has once announced a return to its roots – an emphasis on community. This time, Meta has published a new guide to help brands make the most effective use of social media’s community potential. This publication is meant to include best practices for success.
After years of observing the service, the new brand guide was created to show how important it is for organizations to invest in the community. The guide contains 39 pages of advice on how to use Meta tools, among other things. There are also case studies of well-known companies, e.g., Canva, a well-known tool for marketers. This guide includes practical solutions for measuring goals, effectiveness, or ROI of community building.
